THHN/THWN/THWN-2
Esta especificación cubre el cable tipo THHN / THWN / THWN-2 con conductor sólido o trenzado de aleación de cobre recocido blando o aleación AA 8000, aislamiento de PVC y cubierta de nylon, conforme a la Norma 83 de Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. Cumplen con los requisitos de VW- 1 y prueba de llama CT, resistente a gasolina y aceite, resistente a la luz solar.

Application
THHN / THWN / THWN-2 se utilizan principalmente en conductos y bandejas de cables para servicios, alimentadores y circuitos derivados en aplicaciones comerciales o industriales, como se especifica en el Código Eléctrico Nacional. una temperatura de conductor de 75P seco o húmedo, THWN-2 está clasificado para una temperatura de conductor de 90P seco o húmedo. Están permitidos para aplicaciones de 600V.
Construction Conductors:
Soft annealed copper or AA 8000 series alloy.
Sizes 14AWG-1000kcmil: Solid or stranded copper.
Sizes 12AWG-1000kcmil: Solid or stranded AA 8000 series alloy. Insulation: Flame retardant PVC. Thickness:per UL83.
Jacket: Nylon. ( Clear or colored ) Thickness:per UL83.
Information on the cable: AWG or kcmil size,type letters,rated voltage.the name of the manufacturer.UL file number,characteristic, manufacture date,FEET.
